Braided mesh titanium
Woven net, is a pure titanium wire woven production, there are plain, twill, Zhu, dense pattern and other types.The plain, twill and vermilion filter units are square or rectangular,main specifications such as 1 mesh,2 mesh,10 mesh,40 mesh,60 mesh,100 mesh,150 mesh.
The dense-grained titanium mesh filter unit is the inner tangent circle diameter of the Angle between the warp and weft titanium wire.The main specifications are 12*64mm, 20*110mm, 8*85mm,12*90mm.
Mainly used in seawater filtration, chemical pharmaceutical filtration,medical filtration,electrolytic cell titanium anode.
Punching mesh
Punching mesh is produced by punching pure titanium plate, and titanium anode is commonly used as punching mesh.The aperture is round,square,triangle or other special-shaped holes,diamond-shaped relative to the woven titanium mesh, punching titanium mesh has the advantages of short production cycle,low cost,high strength,good flatness and so on.

Titanium fog removal mesh
Titanium fog removal mesh is produced by pure titanium wire knitting, which can effectively remove 3--5um fog droplets,Mainly used in tower packing, gas-liquid separation, removal of liquid droplets in the air flow, filter out small liquid droplets.
It is used to separate the liquid droplets entrained by gas in the tower to ensure mass transfer efficiency, reduce the loss of valuable materials, improve the operation of the compressor after the tower, and reduce the water content, which is generally set at the top of the tower
