Ⅰ.Substrate treatment:

Roughing,cleaning and degreasing are required and can increase the density of the catalyst.

Ⅱ.Brushing:

After the base layer treatment is finished,the brush coat treatment is applied.(The main component of the coating is platinum group metals,which is a mixed solution).

Drying process after brushing and heat treatment after drying.

Note: The whole process needs to be repeated several times,and the method works better for the formation of thin oxide catalysis,i.e., layered adhesion to the substrate surface.
