Platinum plated anode for hydrogen rich water cups are usually made of nano-titanium and titanium oxide materials,which have high surface area and excellent electrochemical performance after special treatment.

The production process includes two steps:titanium anodizing and composite coating.

The first step of titanium anodizing is to make titanium into an anode,after electrolysis and oxidation treatment,a layer of titanium oxide film is formed on its surface,making the titanium anode has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

The second step of composite coating is to coat a layer of nano titanium and titanium oxide material on the titanium anode,which increases the electrode surface area and improves the electrode reaction rate and electrode efficiency.
