Lead dioxide titanium electrode is a pure titanium plate/net as the substrate,the use of electrodeposition method to attach lead dioxide to the substrate formed anode.Lead dioxide electrode (PbO₂ ),titanium mesh plate/mesh as a substrate,after surface treatment of platinum group metal salts and lead dioxide solidified on the surface of titanium mesh plate substrate a new type of anode.

Features oxidation resistance,corrosion resistance (high stability in strong acid H₂ SO₄ or HNO₃ ),high oxygen overpotential,good electrical conductivity,strong bonding force,strong oxidation ability when electrocued in aqueous solution,ability to undergo high currents.

  • Lead dioxide titanium electrode oxygen evolution potential is high,oxygen evolution potential≥1.70V,with strong oxidation.

  • High current efficiency,at low current density,the energy consumption is comparable to that of the iridium tantalum anode.When the current density is greater than 500A/ ㎡ ,the energy consumption is about 0.2V higher than the voltage of the iridium tantalum tank.

  • With double layer three-dimensional structure,the coating has a good binding force.
