Nickel base alloy
Nickel based alloy refer to a class of alloys that have comprehensive properties such as high strength and certain oxidation and corrosion resistance at high temperatures of 650-1000 °C.
According to the main performance,it is subdivided into:
nickel based heat resistant alloy, nickel based corrosion resistant alloy, nickel based wear resistant alloy, nickel based precision alloy and nickel based shape memory alloy.
According to different substrates, superalloys are divided into:
iron based superalloy, nickel based superalloy and cobalt based superalloy.Among them, nickel based high temperature alloy are referred to as nickel based alloy.

The main grades of heat resistant alloys |
|
Incoloy alloys:such as Incoloy800,Incoloy800H,Incoloy925 |
|
Inconel alloys:such as Inconel600,Inconel601,Inconel625,Inconel718 |
|
Hastelloy alloy:namely Hastelloy alloy,such as Hastelloy C-276,B-2,C-4,C-22 |
|
Monel alloy:that is,Monel alloy,such as Monel 400,K-400,K-500 |
Inconel 600
Executive standard:ASTM B366 (forgings) ASTM B168 (plate/foil) ASTM B166 (rods)
Inconel 600 alloy is a nickel chromium iron based solid solution strengthened alloy, which has good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding performance, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700 °C.Can be strengthened by cold working.
